SGA Elections

Saint Louis University Student Government Association (SGA) elections take place annually during the last week of February. The Election Commission, appointed by the SGA president and confirmed during the fall term, oversees the election and creates the campaign and finance regulations for the election.

The February 2026 election will seat the 2026-27 SGA Senate. All SLU students are encouraged to exercise their right to vote, either online on SLU Groups or at official polling locations across campus operated by the Election Commission.

Voting will open at 6 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2026,  and close at 6 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2026. To vote, log in to SLU Groups using your SLU ID and find the election announcement at the top of the homepage with a link to your ballot. Students are eligible to vote for the 2026-27 SGA Executive Board and senators for your primary college or school. Results will be announced to the campus community on Feb. 27, 2026.
